"I was walking along the void deck of Block 149
Toa Payoh Lorong 1 when I spotted a few boys helping an old lady push
her heavy cart.
"It was such a rare sight that I had to take a photo.
"I haven't seen as many positive acts as I've seen negative acts on STOMP.
"Thought it was a worthy mention.
"The policemen in the background just happened to be passing by.
"The boys also asked the old lady in Hokkien where she was going."
