Schwarzenegger was supposed to be in the Lion City in May this year for the official opening of Universal Studios Singapore, but the trip was called off due to personal matters.
Organisers of the Arnold Sports Festival said that the Austrian-American could be in Singapore to grace the proposed festival in two years' time, in June 2013.
The event, which is also known as the Arnold Classic in the US, has been held for more than two decades and boasted a total of 25 sports in its 2011 line-up.
Fans might not have to wait till June 2013 to Schwarzenegger though, as he might be visiting Singapore earlier to observe the preparations for the festival.
