The Singapore Civil Defence Force responded to a call at 11:06am. Upon arrival nine minutes later, they found that Ho had no pulse and was not breathing. They then used an automated external defibrillator on her and took her to the National University Hospital (NUH) while giving her CPR along the way.

The former glass painting instructor died in NUH soon after.

Coincidentally, Ho was in charge of the students who spent seven months planning for the Halloween Horrors event at Night Safari before it got canned.
