Woman stops car in middle of road for 3 min -- just to reply message

STOMPer TGH was stunned to see a woman stop her car when the traffic light was green for three minutes just to reply a message.

Wrote the STOMPer (Sep 20):

"What was the woman driver doing?

"She stopped and replied her message while the light is green.
