POSB PAssion Run raises S$380k for underprivileged kids

More than 3,000 children helped raise funds for their underprivileged counterparts at the East Coast Park on Sunday morning.

Together with contributions from corporate donors, the POSB PAssion Run for Kids raised some S$380,000 for underprivileged children.

Their efforts go towards for the POSB PAssion Kids Fund, which is part of the People's Association Community Development Fund.

Adults also joined in the race in the 10km open category to bring the total number of runners to 7,200.

The bank has pledged to donate S$2 to the fund for every kilometre run by each participant.

Formerly known as the POSB Run for Kids, POSB and its corporate partners raised $325,000 last year.
