Police Appeal: Hougang outrage of modesty

Police are looking for the man shown in the following pictures to assist with investigations into two cases of outrage of modesty in the vicinity of Hougang in September 2011.

Police believe that the man in the pictures may be able to assist in investigations. The description of the man is as follows:

- Male Chinese

- Between 20 and 30 years old

- About 1.6 m tall

- Slim build

- Short hair

- Wears black-rimmed spectacles
