OCBC ATM and Internet banking services down earlier today

OCBC has released a statement to say that their ATM and Internet banking services have been disrupted.

Ms Koh Ching Ching, Head, Group Corporate Communications, OCBC Bank said:

"We are experiencing a technical problem which has affected the system at our branches and the operation of our ATM network and internet and mobile banking channels island wide. As a result, our customers will not be able to carry out any banking transactions through these channels. We are currently investigating the matter and working on restoring our services as soon as possible.

UPDATE: OCBC's ATM services restored
Customers of OCBC Bank, who were affected by a technical glitch this morning, are now able to use the ATM network.

This is according to a statement from the bank which also said it's progressively restoring services.

Branch, Internet and mobile banking channels also affected by the glitch are expected to be operational from about 1.30pm.

OCBC has apologised to customers for the inconvenience.

Customers with individual accounts can contact the bank at 1800-363-3333 and corporate account holders can do so at 6538-1111.
