2 S'pore cars in accidents on M'sian highway

Two Singapore-registered cars met with accidents on Sunday night while travelling on Malaysia's North-South highway, within minutes of each other.

The first happened at 8.17pm when a Malaysia-registered Toyota swerved to avoid a Proton Wira whose driver had lost control.

A Singapore BMW coming from behind crashed into the Toyota. The crashes took place on the way from Tangkak to Pagoh.

In the second incident, a Singapore-registered Toyota was rear-ended by a Proton Saga, after the Toyota driver who had seen the crash up ahead slowed down
