Zoo Cobra Missing (Found!)

New Yorkers can now rest easy — the Bronx Zoo Cobra which apparently had escaped about a week ago, has been found ssssafe and ssssound, and not at Yankee Stadium.

The 20-inch-long female Egyptian Cobra, which slithered into our hearts after escaping from its enclosure a week ago, was found on Thursday by zoo officials, coiled in a secluded, dark corner of the reptile house.

No word yet from the Cobra herself (via Twitter, of course @BronxZoosCobra) on her capture, but at least the last tweet was in the right borough: "If you see a bag of peanuts inexplicably moving along the ground at Yankee Stadium today. Just ignore it. It's probably nothing."
