The Park is part of a 25 hectare Equestrian Zone, which also includes the Singapore Polo Club and Riding for the Disabled. It was developed by the Equestrian Federation of Singapore (EFS) in association with the Singapore Polo Club and financed and managed by the latter.

People from pre-schoolers and up will be able to ride the ponies for a weekend of family fun, while the disabled can engage in physiotherapy.

For those who are aiming to compete in the sport of equestrian-riding at regional and international levels, they can even try out for Team Singapore Equestrian. Scholarships will also be available for promising young talents, or training in vocational skills at the on-site Academy.
