MFA: S'pore donates $300,000 worth of emergency supplies to Japan

The SAF’s contributions, worth approximately $300,000, were in response to a specific request from the Japanese Government.

The shipments consist of blankets, mattresses, bottled water, water containers and foodstuffs.

The Singapore Government will work with the Japanese authorities to expedite the delivery of the supplies to the affected areas.

Further shipments from the SAF, the Singapore Red Cross Society and Mercy Relief will be despatched over the next few days.
