Said the STOMPer:
"These kids climbed onto the roof of a linkway at a multi-storey carpark in Compassvale Lane.
"They climbed onto it from the second floor stairway.
"This is not the first time. I saw something like this. A group of four boys once walked around the entire multi-storey carpark and onto the roof of the linked open pavillion as though it was the Sydney Opera House roof walk -- very late at night."
