Dorel recalls 800,000 child safety seats

NEW YORK - Dorel Juvenile Group has recalled nearly 800,000 child safety seats because they do not always lock properly.

The recall covers certain infant, convertible and booster child restraint systems that were made between May 2008 and April 2009, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said.
