Sengkang cab fare cheat

Modus Operandi: Would grab a cab from Compass Point, Sengkang to NTU. Upon reaching her destination, she'd tell the cabby that she has insufficient cash on her and would need to withdraw some cash from the ATM, leaving some bags (later found to contain non-valuable items) as collateral. That's the last both cabbies, as stated below, had seen of her.
