RI on neighbourhood talent hunt

RAFFLES Institution (RI) has a new mission. It will, from next month, visit neighbourhood primary schools to scout for poor but bright boys, especially those from ethnic minority groups.

These pupils, who have to be taking their Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE), will be given $800 to spend on books and enrichment activities that can translate into good PSLE grades.
