IN THE largest single launch so far, the Housing Board on Wednesday offered 2,696 Build-To-Order flats in three BTO projects for sale. The flats, comprising 238 two-room, 399 three-room, 1,585 four-room and 474 five-room units, are at Waterway Terraces in Punggol, Fernvale Foliage and Rivervale Arc in Sengkang.
HDB said 95 per cent of these flats will be set aside for first-timers. MORE
