Germany/Serbia - Serbia stun ten-man Germany

Serbia pulled off another huge surprise as they defeated Germany 1-0 who played with ten-men since the 37th minute.

It was Serbia's first ever World Cup victory but they were given a helping hand when the referee sent Miroslav Klose packing for two harsh yellow cards in the first half.

The incident proved pivotal as Standard Liege midfielder Milan Jovanovic hooked the ball home one minute later as the Serbs celebrated wildly and left Germany with an uphill task. MORE
