NOW that all the fuss has died down, what are we doing about extending the useful life of the Youth Olympic Games special lanes and signs?
Some motorists and road users here seem uncertain about what they have to do when they hear sirens; yet we do not have many visible reminders to give way to ambulances, police, civil defence and other emergency vehicles.
Maybe we should keep the "reserved" lanes and alter some of the markings to depict such public service vehicles.
