Speak Good English Movement to be launched Sept 7
This year's Speak Good English Movement aims to get Singaporeans to create an environment where standard English is spoken and heard.
The nationwide movement was launched in 2000 to encourage Singaporeans to speak universally understood English.
The campaign's tagline for 2010 is "Get It Right!" - a call to action for all to make an extra effort to use the English language accurately.
The movement will be officially launched by Community, Youth and Sports Minister Vivian Balakrishnan on September 7. MORE
