Bankrupt tried to enter casino using wife's IC

Forty-seven-year-old hawker Lim Peng Chuan's wife, Ms Soh Poh Suan, had given him, her identity card so that he could transfer to her the ownership of a school bus business. But the undischarged bankrupt has however, used it to enter the Resorts World Sentosa casino on May 29 instead.

He was caught by security staff during a random check. The court heard that there was a exclusion order against him from the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports. Lim has pleaded guilty for the offence. MORE
